"If I could travel anywhere..." Contest Winners

Two Bell HS Students won first place and runner up for an essay contest sponsored by the City of Commerce Public Library. "If I could travel anywhere, I would go to..." was the theme of the contest.

Ruth Pelayez 12th Grade STEM Magnet - winner, encouraged to participate by our school nurse, Ms. Harrington

Chris Alfaro 10th Grade STEM Magnet - runner up, encouraged to participate by Ms. A. Martinez, English Teacher

On Wednesday, May 30, two librarians from Commerce Public Library came to our library to present prizes which included gift cards and books.
